To explore the potential molecular basis of acute liver failure and identify new therapeutic targets, we performed a transcriptome sequencing analysis of liver samples from acute liver failure mice induced by APAP or TAA toxicity and PBS-treated controls. Liver tissues were harvested 24 hours after PBS, APAP or TAA administration for analysis. RNA was extracted using Trizol reagent.The transcriptome sequencing was performed using the high throughput sequencing platform of Illumina HiSeq, n=2 for each group.
