Information is provided on the provincial average daily sales prices at service stations, expressed in €/litre, for the following products: petrol 95 E5 (95 octane petrol with a maximum bioethanol content of 5%), petrol 98 E5 (98 octane petrol with a maximum bioethanol content of 5%), diesel A (automotive diesel) and diesel A Premium (automotive diesel with improved characteristics).
Both retail prices (PVP) and pre-tax prices (PAI) have been provided since 2016:
-PVP: Arithmetic average of the retail prices sent by each operating service station.
-PAI: Prices before taxes. Individual MYPs are calculated by service station and product. For this purpose, the taxes applied are deducted from the PVP: VAT and tax on mineral oils (general rate and special rate). Once these values are obtained, the provincial MYP is calculated by applying an arithmetic average similar to that of the PVP (considering that biofuels are taxed at the same rates as conventional motor fuels).
