Supplementary Table 5. Summary of predicted open reading frames and their Pfam annotations

This table contains information on predicted open reading frames (ORFs) identified in the mitochondrial genomes of T. amphioxeia and T. acuta, with a focus on ORFs encoding LAGLIDADG homing endonucleases within group I introns. It includes ORF coordinates, predicted protein sequences, Pfam domain annotations, and functional classifications.
