Interaction energies between 17 carbon nanoparticles and the SARS-CoV-2 RNA fragment

A set of physicochemical and molecular descriptors for 17 different types of carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) including fullerenes, single-walled and MWCNTs, and graphene. The total potential energies, the ‘van der Waals’ energies, and the electrostatic energies between the CNPs and a SARS-CoV-2 RNA fragment are also available.
