We report the transcriptome changes in purified mouse activated muscle stem cells in response to deletion of the Mfn2 gene. Overall design: A floxed Mfn2 allele combined with the Pax7-Cre (ERT2) driver was used to induce Mfn2 deletion in muecle stem cells of adult animals (mice), via administration of tamoxifen. Tibialis anterior muscles were injured with BaCl2 administration, and activated muslce stem cells were purified 2 days post injury from wild-type (control) and mfn2-/- animals.
