Expression data from differently treated mouse cardiomyocytes

We wanted to analyze the global gene expression to unravel molecular mechanisms underlying the combined action of DOX and IFNγ in mouse cardiomyocytes. We treated the cardiomyocytes respectively with PBS, DOX and DOX plus IFN-γ, and the differentially expressed genes and the gene expression patterns were supposed to be analyzed. Mouse cardiomyocytes were treated with PBS, 0.3μm DOX, 0.3μm DOX plus 20ng/ml IFN-γ respectively, then the cells were harvested for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. We have three repetitions in each group: PBS treated control group (Con); DOX treated group (DOX); DOX plus IFN γ group (DOX+IFN-γ).
