Micro-mechanism of material removal during repeated solid impact

Dataset: Data for "Micro-mechanism of material removal during repeated solid impact". Dataset contains results of observation of surfaces treated by concentrated repeated impacts by the solid indenter. The dataset contains 4 folders. "Schematics 2D-3D-profile imaging" contains schematics of confocal measurements. "SEM" contains SEM micrographs included in the article and several SEM micrographs of areas of interest not included in the article. "STEM-TEM" contains TEM and STEM micrographs from as-received material and a subsurface layer of impacted material.
