SDG 16.10.2 Adoption and Implementation of Constitutional, Statutory or Policy Guarantees for Public Access to Information

This dataset shows the status of the constitutional, statutory or policy guarantees that give the public the right to access information in the State of Qatar over the period from 2016 to 2022. Such guarantees define the right of individuals to obtain information held by public bodies and the procedures through which that right is exercised. The status is recorded as a code, where 1 means that the guarantees are adopted and implemented, 0 means that they are not, and 3 means that work on them is still in progress.
