Dataset DescriptionThis non-stationary NG-IDF dataset is derived from WRF-PGW and DHSVM simulations. For each basin, the dataset includes both grid cell-level data (6-km resolution) and HUC12 basin-level data. WRF-PGW SimulationsThe simulations encompass: Historical period: 1981–2010 Future projections: 2041–2070, based on five CMIP5 GCMs under the RCP8.5 scenario: CanESM2 CESM1-CAM5 GFDL-ESM2M HadGEM2-ES MPI-ESM-MR Data ContentFor each spatial scale, the dataset provides: Hourly variables: Precipitation, water available for runoff (W), and snow water equivalent (SWE). Annual maximum values: Daily precipitation and W, along with the W mechanism (categorized as rainfall, snowmelt-only, or rain-on-snow [ROS]). PREC-IDF and NG-IDF curves: Precipitation-based intensity-duration-frequency (PREC-IDF) and next-generation IDF (NG-IDF) curves.
