In this study, the effects of different proportion of amylose and amylopectin on the sugar metabolism of lambs were studied. Twenty seven Xiangdong black goats were divided into three groups: control group A and high amylose B and high amylose C (amylose and amylopectin ratios were 0.25,0.5 and 0.75, respectively). The effects of different structural carbon sources on rumen microorganism were detected.
