Correlation between Lipid Levels at Different Stages of Pregnancy and Pregnancy Complications as well as Outcomes
收藏资源简介:
Clinical data of 1000 puerperae who underwent formal prenatal examination and in-hospital delivery in the Department of Obstetrics of Hunan maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, including the the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the first, second, and third trimesters of pregnancy. The incidence of perinatal complications was counted. Study subjects were divided into the complication group and the non-complication group according to whether they had complications during pregnancy, and the lipid levels during pregnancy of two groups were compared. They were also grouped into two groups according to their lipid levels during pregnancy, and the pregnancy outcomes of two groups were compared. Results There was a statistically significant difference in TC, TG and LDL-C levels among early, mid and late pregnancy (P<0.05). TG in the complication group was higher than that in the non-complication group, HDL-C was lower than that in the non-complication group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 932 (95.20%) cases of dyslipidemia in the complication group and 19 (90.48%) cases in the non-complication group were detected. There was no significant difference in the detection rate of dyslipidemia between the complication group and the non-complication group (χ2 =0.232, P=0.630). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between dyslipidemia and the non-dyslipidemia groups (χ2 =0.721, P=0.396).
