Bulk RNA sequencing analysis of exhausted T cell cultured in vitro (PRJCA023822)

Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF1) has been recognized for its role in promoting cell growth. However, the impact of IGF1 on T cell exhaustion and whether Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein 1 (IGFBP1) can mitigate the effects of IGF1 has not been clearly defined. In this study, we demonstrate that IGF1 contributes to T cell exhaustion in an in vitro system, and that IGFBP1 can effectively counteract the effects mediated by IGF1.
