Example 2D Golden Angle Spiral Real-time Cardiac MRI Data
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains example 2D golden angle spiral real-time cardiac MRI data acquired at a 0.55T scanner. All data are shared in image space with dimensions [Nx x Ny x Nf], where Nx and Ny are the number of pixels in the x- and y-directions, and Nf is the number of frames. Gridded examples: raw data is gridded into an oversampled field-of-view and is still undersampled. The undersampled artifacts can be seen. These contain two variables: Igrid and dt. Igrid is the image series (complex-valued), and dt is the time step in seconds. Ref examples: An offline spatiotemporal constrained reconstruction with data consistency is applied to the gridded examples. These are shared as a reference. We shared one adult real-time cardiac example and one real-time fetal cardiac example. Code to process these data is available here: https://github.com/usc-mrel/DMD-RT Please see the linked paper for more information about acquiring the data.
