Additional file 2: Table S2. Full list of protein coding genes identified (using UMD3.1 genome assembly) from the genomic regions under putative selection. The 1st column represents the abbreviated name for each breed, and the 6th column represents the number (ID) of significant genomic region under putative selection (within each breed) and the rank of each gene within that region (i.e. the value 1 represents the closest gene to the most significant SNP within each region).
