Canopy soil trace gas flux in Ecuador

Excel CSV file of canopy soil gas flux (CO2, CH4, N2O) measured at 3 elevations (1000 m - Bomb, 2000 m - ECSF, 3000 m - Caja) in forests of southern Ecuador. Fluxes were measured in upper (U) and lower (L) canopy soils from control (C) and treatment (added nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and N+P) plots; on each date intact soil cores were incubated in sealed jars and then returned to the tree after measurement.
