Squeezed by a habitat split: warm ocean conditions and old-forest loss interact to reduce long-term occupancy of a threatened seabird (data and code)

The data set and code for our analysis on the effects of warm ocean conditions and old-forest loss on long-term occupancy of the Marbled Murrelet. Consists of the following files:<br>1. Betts_et_al_data.RDataThis is the file containing the data used in all analyses and includes the detection histories and covariates from surveys.<br>2. model.structures.RThis file contains the model structures (combinations of covariates, by name, used in each model) for all 16 models presented in the paper.<br>3. script.modelfitting.model4.example.R This file contains an example, for a single model (model 4 presented in the paper), of the model fitting procedure used.<br>4. script.model.resutls.comparison.R This file contains code for comparing model runs from the code above (#3) to ensure convergence.
