The rectangular wave with cycle of 50s, duty ratio of 60% and temperature range of 120℃-350℃ was used to test the dynamic response gradient signals of 5ppm, 10 ppm, 50ppm, 100 PPM, 200ppm, 300ppm, 400ppm of acetone, formaldehyde, formic acid, butyl acetate and ethanol. For different gases, the characteristic peaks of their response curves appear in different positions. For the response of the same gas at different concentrations, their response curves move in the same direction but have different amplitudes. The location and amplitude of the characteristic peak are the important characteristics for us to judge the type and concentration of gas. In the concentration gradient test, a total of 831 samples were obtained.
