Build a full-lifecycle asset management system, enabling real-time dynamic query of asset ledger status and one-click triggering of various change workflows. Using on-site QR code cards for physical assets, combined with mobile applications and built-in inventory tasks in the asset database, the system supports real-time image collection and QR code-based inventory, facilitates multi-person collaborative mobile inventory operations, and sends real-time reminders for un-inventoried assets. Asset purchase applications are interconnected with allocation schemes, which can be compiled online. The system links to the asset demand planning workflow and automatically creates relevant entries, then converts the asset demand plans into purchase orders, and completes the addition of new assets through these orders.
