2018年度雄安新区不同洪涝灾害等级淹没区范围模拟

采用二维水动力模型MIKE 21模拟洪水过程,洪水演变模拟由初始水位和边界条件决定。收集了白洋淀流域的最大日降雨量和小流域的流入量数据,并利用安新站的水文观测数据对模型参数进行了校准和验证。模拟了10年一遇、50年一遇和100年一遇情景下雄安新区的洪水风险,分析了不同重现期情况下的淹没范围和对不同类型土地的影响。
A two-dimensional hydrodynamic model MIKE 21 was employed to simulate flood processes, where flood evolution is governed by initial water levels and boundary conditions. Data on maximum daily rainfall within the Baiyangdian Basin and inflow from small watersheds were collected, and model parameters were calibrated and validated using hydrological observation data from Anxin Station. Flood risks in the Xiong'an New Area under 10-year, 50-year, and 100-year return period scenarios were simulated, and the inundation extents and impacts on various types of land under different return periods were analyzed.
