First report of Puccinia cesatii infecting lemongrass in Minnesota

Nanopore MinIon R9 reads for the ITS region of a rust fungus infecting Cymbopogon citriatus, or lemongrass, in Minnesota. In a first report we identify this rust as Puccinia cesatii based on similarity with other sequences in NCBI. Additionally included in the reads are amplicons of ascomycete parasites of the rust. These include an Alternaria sp. and Sphaerelleropsis filum.
