2017 Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH) Loch Ailort benthic camera survey

The primary aim of this benthic survey in the inner region of Loch Ailort, run by SNH for SNH on the 27th April 2017 using the SNH RIB Aphrodite, was to assess the distribution and condition of serpulid aggregations PMF. Quantitative drop-down camera sampling undertaken at 9 stations was used to collect this data. Through the analysis of seabed video, the images were used to describe the nature of the seabed in terms of the physical structure and the species assemblages. Runs and run segments were assessed for the presence of PMFs, as well as for the occurrence and distribution of species and habitats of recognised conservation importance. Spot dives were also undertaken on this survey at 18 locations. This data is yet to be analysed and reported.

本次由苏格兰自然遗产局（SNH）于2017年4月27日，利用SNH RIB Aphrodite船只在 Loch Ailort 内部区域进行的底栖调查，其首要目标是评估环节动物聚集体（Serpulid aggregations PMF）的分布与状况。通过在9个站点进行的定量下降式相机采样，收集了相关数据。通过分析海底视频，利用图像来描述海底的物理结构和物种群落组成。对航行路线及其段落进行了PMF存在性、物种及具有认可保护重要性的生境出现与分布的评估。此外，还在18个地点进行了现场潜水调查。目前，这些数据尚未进行分析与报告。
