The association and dissociation data of the interaction were fitted locally using one step biomolecular reaction model (1∶1 Langmuir model : A+BAB), which resulted optimum mathematical fits reflected by the lowest Chi values. The values for association rate constant (kon), dissociation rate constant (koff), and dissociation constant (KD) were calculated from the binding data by BIAevaluation software.
