资源简介:

Open data archive================= Paper title:Ultrafast formation of a large dynamic magnetic soliton This archive contains source-data tables, figure files, selected raw data, micromagnetic simulation files, and analysis utilities associated with thepaper. The data are organized primarily by the figure in which they are used. Archive status-------------- This is a working pre-upload version of the archive. The items listed under"Pre-upload checklist" should be resolved before the public Zenodo deposit. Directory guide--------------- Fig1/ Source-data tables and the PDF for manuscript Fig. 1. The schematic PDF was prepared in the free and open-source vector graphics editor Inkscape: https://inkscape.org/ Fig2/ Working folder currently containing five source-data tables and a PDF for the Ga:YIG spin-wave-emission figure. See the figure-numbering item in the pre-upload checklist. Fig3/ Source-data tables and the PDF for manuscript Fig. 3. The RawData/ subdirectory contains the original HDF5 measurement files and the M9-M6-Combined.py analysis script used for the time-resolved BLS data. Fig4/ Working folder currently containing two source-data tables for the Bi:YIG frequency-sweep figure. See the figure-numbering item in the pre-upload checklist. AntenaOVFcreatorAnalytical.py Utility used to calculate normalized stripline antenna fields. The script contains optional plotting and clipboard-export steps. See the dependency limitation in the pre-upload checklist. Data formats------------ CSV The figure source-data tables are comma-separated text files. Axes are included either as columns or as the first row and first column of matrix tables. Some files are currently encoded as Windows-1252; see the pre-upload checklist. HDF5 The raw time-resolved BLS measurement files for Fig. 3 are stored in Fig3/RawData/. Run M9-M6-Combined.py from that directory so that its relative file paths resolve correctly. The M9 measurement is shorter than the nominal acquisition grid expected by the script. M9-M6-Combined.py reports this and pads the missing tail with NaN values before analysis. OVF The antenna-field masks are OOMMF OVF vector-field files for use with MuMax3. They contain three field components with units of tesla. PDF and EPS The rendered figure files are included for reference. Extended Data Fig. 4 is supplied as EPS because the analytical-model plot was generated as a vector EPS figure. Software requirements--------------------- The Python analysis utilities use Python 3 and, depending on the workflow: numpy pandas matplotlib h5py tqdm plotly pyperclip jupyter The micromagnetic input scripts require MuMax3:https://mumax.github.io/
