Transcriptomic profile of CD31 and Griffonia simplicifolia isolectin B4 positive pulmonary artery endothelial cells isolated from a rat model of monocrotaline pulmonary arterial hypertension vs. control

Sprague Dawley rats were treated with monocrotaline 60 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection or vehicle control on day 0.
