BioMaster: Multi-agent System for Automated Bioinformatics Analysis Workflow

This Zenodo record archives the code and scripts associated with the manuscript “BioMaster: Multi-agent System for Automated Bioinformatics Analysis Workflow.” BioMaster.zip contains the complete source code of the BioMaster framework and the documentation for installation and execution. The remaining ZIP files contain the plan and step scripts, including the scripts required to reproduce the bioinformatics analyses reported in the manuscript. Links to the original data sources are provided in the supplementary materials.
