Gene expression kinetics for human and mouse T cells following few hours stimulation

Adoptive cell therapy is a type of cancer immunotherapy in which T cells (possibly engineered with a T cell receptor specific to a tumor antigen) are stimulated and expanded ex vivo, and then infused into the patient. This project focused on understanding the optimal conditions for the ex vivo preparation of those T cells. A goal was to maximize functional activation while minimizing phenotype differentiation.
