资源简介:
This data was collected in a mesocosm experiment which took place in 2020 and 2021 in Greifswald, Germany. Tetraploid and octoploid Phragmites australis were subjected to different lengths of water withdrawal to investigate the effect of drought.
For detailed information on data and data collection, please refer to the uploaded README.txt document.
For detailed information on the experimental setup and data collection, as well as data analysis, please refer to the paper Haldan et al. "Higher ploidy coincides with inferior performance and no difference in drought tolerance in a mesocosm experiment with common reed (Phragmites australis)", which is under review at Environmental and Experimental Botany at the time of data upload
