The data covers verification data for multiple functions including license plate recognition and automatic evidence collection for illegal parking, as well as accuracy verification data for on-street parking space status detection, on-street parking license plate recognition, and traffic flow detection. During the equipment development process, R&D and data collection work were conducted in compliance with national standards such as GB 35114-2017 *Technical Requirements for Information Security of Public Security Video Surveillance Networking* and GB 16796-2009 *Safety Requirements and Test Methods for Security and Protection Alarm Equipment*, to ensure the standardization and reliability of the dataset. The data was tested and certified by a CNAS-accredited product quality inspection center, and separate third-party test reports for the platform software were issued based on the relevant data. The total size of the dataset is 21.3 GB.
