Number of persons living in multi-dwelling buildings excluding special dwellings overcrowded according to norm 2, divided by the number of persons living in multi-dwelling buildings excluding special dwellings, multiplied by 100 for accounting as a percentage. Special housing refers to student housing, housing for the elderly/disabled and other special housing. Norm 2 was created in 1965. The household is counted as cramped if there are more than two people per room (kitchen and living room not counted). People in single households do not count as overcrowded. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
