Raw laser speckle rheology dataset: g2 curves and intensity histograms for G50/G70/G100 suspensions (0.49, 5, 11 µm)

This dataset contains raw laser speckle rheology measurements used in the associated manuscript, including normalized intensity histograms and temporal intensity correlation curves g2 acquired under controlled temperature (25 °C). Data are provided in MATLAB .mat format with variable names encoding material type (e.g., G50/G70/G100), concentration, and particle size.
