BeeCSI Microbiomics: honey bee gut metagenomes from exposure experiments. insect gut metagenome

BeeCSI is a honey bee (Apis mellifera) health diagnostics project with the aim of identifying stressor-specific biomarkers via 'omics tools. Experimental exposure experiments were performed and biological data collected (microbiome, proteomics, transcriptomics). Here, the whole metagenome shotgun sequencing data are presented. The data is organized into two main subgroups, caged bee stressor experiments (Activity 1) and colony crop exposure experiments (Activity 2).
