RNA-seq-based transcriptome analysis was performed to investigate global transcript changes in the OsMBD707-overexpression transgenic line OX707-#21 under both Short day (SD) and Long day (LD) conditions. Fully expanded leaves of the overexpression line OX707-#21 and wild-type Nipponbare (NPB) were collected at about 50 days after sowing. Total RNAs extracted from leaf tissues were subjected to RNA-seq analysis. Three to four biological replicates of each sample were used for RNA-seq analysis.
