This is a supplementary file (S2) to the Journal of Volcanology and Geothermal Research review article on <i>Volatile Emissions from Deccan Volcanic Eruptions and their Effects on Climate across the K-Pg Boundary</i>. This worksheet deals with calculating the rough estimates of total emissions of H<sub>2</sub>O, SO<sub>2</sub>, HCl, HF and CO<sub>2</sub> from the entire Deccan Traps based on the pre-eruptive magmatic volatile content (H<sub>2</sub>O, S, Cl, F and CO<sub>2</sub>) of the Western Ghats formations using the petrologic method developed by Thordarson et al. (1996) and Self et al. (2006).
