2 h incubation of HeLa cells with 5% CALNNTAT and 95% PEG capped gold nanoparticles

HeLa cells were incubated with 5% CALNNTAT, 95% PEG (mole/mole) capped gold nanoparticles for 2 h. The gold nanoparticles containing medium was then removed and cells were washed three times with warm 1 x PBS. The cells were then fixed and processed for TEM. Six cell sections were imaged (138 images). The experimental details can be found in the article.
