**DTD reference: DTD LEGIFRANCE**

The LEGI, KALI, JORF, CAPP, CASS, INCA, JADE, DOLE, ACCO, CNIL and CONSTIT databases have generic DTDs in common and specific DTDs.
Changing a generic DTD can therefore impact different bases.
In order to simplify the management of updates to the DTDs of these databases and to facilitate the taking into account of the impacts at each change of one of the DTDs, DILA makes available a single repository of the DTDs of all these databases.
This repository, named DTD LEGIFRANCE contains a DTD_Legifrance folder.
This file includes:

- All the generic and specific DTDs of the legal bases (excluding CIRCULARS) applicable on the date indicated in the name of the file;

- A generic technical document for all databases;

- A LEGIFRANCE_20170711_dtd_map.xlsx table that presents a view of the necessary DTDs per base and an impact view that indicates by DTD, the impacts on the different bases.

Each time a DTD changes, a new dossier is published in the directory to replace the old one; it bears the date of the update of the repository.
An indication of the amended DTDs will also be provided.

**As part of the technical migration of the data production applications that feed the Opendata of the Légifrance site, some changes are to be expected in the XML made available.**
**It should be noted that only the values of the XML tags are likely to have been modified, as their structure has not been altered. There is therefore no change in DTD or schema.**
**This technical migration took place on the weekend of 25-26 November, so the new flow is available from Monday 27 November.
