Code for the figures

The zip file contains seven folders containing the MATLAB code needed to reproduce the two figures and five supplementary figures presented in the paper. The code for each figure is contained within a separate and appropriately numbered folder, with the letter S denoting supplementary figures. Each code folder contains a main file named either plot X or Figure X which can be run to reproduce the figures with the help of auxiliary functions. The code files contain added comments and documentation to explain their organization further.
