Discovering Covalent Cyclic Peptide Inhibitors of Peptidyl Arginine Deiminase 4 (PADI4) Using mRNA Display with a Genetically Encoded Electrophilic Warhead

This repository contains the covalent RaPID sequencing data from 3 different selections as zipped files in FASTQ format. The selections were performed on WT hPADI4 (1 h or 15 min incubation) and on C645A hPADI4.
