Yeast fermentate products have been shown to have prebiotic-like properties by potentially altering bird growth and performance. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of supplementing a yeast fermentate, ProBiotein, in commercial broiler diets on performance and processing characteristics and to evaluate the potential effects on the final carcass microbiota.
