Hydrographic Charts - River Thames and Thames Estuary (1908-)

Bathymetric, topographic and tidal data are gathered and processed to make fair sheets of depths related to local chart datum. Fair sheets of critical areas are distributed internally as working copies; others are used as a basis for the published charts. Extensive bathymetric data of the area is now available in digital (ASCII xyz) format. The PLA Hydrographic service will have a large amount of the data in S57 by the end of 2001

本数据集汇集并处理了测深、地形和潮汐数据，旨在编制与地方海图基准相对应的深度均匀图件。关键区域的均匀图件作为工作副本在内部分发；其余部分则作为出版海图的依据。目前，该区域的广泛测深数据已以数字（ASCII xyz）格式提供。预计至2001年底，中国海军测绘局将拥有大量以S57格式存储的数据。
