Legal access to sexual and reproductive health care worldwide in 2022, by region

In 2022, around 73 percent of countries had national laws and regulations that guaranteed access to sexual and reproductive health care, information, and education to women and men aged 15 years and older. In Latin America and the Caribbean, the extent to which countries had regulated access to sexual and reproductive health reached 83 percent. However, the degree of access to sexual and reproductive health amounted to just 47 percent in West and Central Africa.
