Physical activity data from accelerometry and self reports

This folder contains raw data on physical activity obtained from self reports and captured by accelerometers. These data were used to obtain descriptive summaries, mean and correlations. <br>Accelerometry data were obtained from the Actigraph software then converted to CSV files and exported to STATA, merged with data from self reports and thereafter analysis was performed<br>Bland Altman data are for the agreement between self reports and physical activity<br>Box and whisker plot data are for variability between self reported activities and accelerometer time blocks<br>The regression data are for checking the association between different child variables eg sex, age with the total weekday accelerometer captured activities
