HCC1_9 panel analysis

Genetic analysis revealed a subset of significantly mutated genes and aberrant cellular signaling pathways in hepatocellular carcinoma. However, it remains unknown the mutational status in premalignant condition such as chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis. Here, we analyzed the somatic mutational profiles in hepatocellular carcinoma and adjacent non-tumorous tissues by targeted deep sequencing using 9 pairs of specimens.
