Roslin Pig Muscle ATAC-seq Project

This ATAC-Seq dataset was generated at the Roslin Institute to investigate gene expression and regulation in developing muscle from large white x landrace piglets of varying sizes. A parallel RNA-Seq dataset was also generated for this study. These data are released under Fort Lauderdale principles, as confirmed in the Toronto Statement (Toronto International Data Release Workshop. Birney et al. 2009. Pre-publication data sharing.
