This upload provides the preprint and numerical codes for the RDFE (Relational Dynamics Field Equation) framework. It includes the full mathematical derivation, three sharp observational predictions (1 Gpc anisotropy, gravitational echoes, non-reciprocal forces), and runnable GEN-10/Aletheia-Core v1.1 implementations.
