Raphanus raphanistrum subsp. raphanistrum isolate:MSURR Genome sequencing and assembly

Genome sequence of wild radish (Raphanus raphanistrum). Aim of the study was to sequence, assemble and annotate the wild radish genome for understanding evolution of duplicate genes and pseudogenes post whole genome duplication as well as to generate a resource for eco-evo-devo studies of the species.
