NCBI Refseq database as of May 2023 part 2

This is the second part of the NCBI Refseq bacterial database originally downloaded in May of 2023. This was used to create the Bacterial 16S and Gyrb databases used in gyrB primer development. The first part can be found at 10.5281/zenodo.10452184. To recombine the database parts use the code "cat Bacteria.refseq.tar.gz.part* > Bacteria.refseq.tar.gz" the total file size of the downloaded refseq database is 88 GB The gyrB and 16S databases can be found at 10.5281/zenodo.10451935
