Genome analysis reveals genetic admixture and signature of selection for productivity and environmental traits in Iraqi cattle

This project aims to explore the genetic diversity and signature selection for environmental adaptive traits in two native Iraqi cattle breeds (Jenoubi and Rustaqi), cattle population at the crossroad of the taurine and indicine cattle domestication centers, at genome-wide level.
