Assessment of miRNA expression levels in an HCM mouse model containing R403Q mutation in Myh6 gene

We compared the expression levels of miRNAs in heart tissue from HCM vs WT mice, using gene expression profiling data obtained from RNA-seq. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for aged WT (n=3) and HCM mutant mice (n=3).本研究利用RNA测序（RNA-seq）获得的基因表达谱数据，对比分析了肥厚型心肌病（Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy，HCM）突变小鼠与野生型（Wild Type，WT）小鼠心脏组织中的微小RNA（miRNAs）表达水平。本研究针对老年野生型小鼠（n=3）与肥厚型心肌病突变小鼠（n=3）的RNA测序数据，开展了对比基因表达谱分析。
