Processed post-stack migrated seismic reflection data from the 2015 SEGMeNT seismic survey in the North Basin of the Malawi Rift

This data set presents processed Multi-Channel Seismic (MCS) reflection data in SEG-Y format. During the offshore portion of the SEGMeNT experiment, a series of MCS profiles was acquired in the North Basin of the Malawi Rift aboard R/V Katundu (Shillington et al., 2016). The files in this data set are post-stack time-migrated reflection profiles. Processing steps included noise removal, multiple suppression, velocity analysis, stacking, and Kirchhoff post-stack time migration; details of the processing workflow are described in Shillington et al. (2020).
