To investigate the function of the AhR in lipid mediator production in macrophages we differentiated BMDMs from AhR-KO and wildtype mice. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of macrophages with and without LPS-stimulation. Overall design: ATACseq data for AhR-KO macrophages and wildtype macrophages.
